Navigating Dissertation Research Online

This workshop is designed to give participants tips and tricks for navigating the library and internet sources for their dissertation research. Led by Sarah Northam, Scholarly Communications Librarian, topics will include the library databases, personalizing OneSearch, citation searching and best practices for Google Scholar. 

Karin Thomas, Thesis and Dissertation Specialist, will review the formatting requirements of the Graduate School.  Karin will go over the thesis/dissertation template the Graduate School requires students to follow and the companion piece to the template, the Thesis and Dissertation Formatting Guide.
